There are two versions of the name of the village - Voroshnevo: 1. The history of Voroshnevo began with one gentleman and four families: Markov, Barzykin, Goncharov and Biryukov; some families began to steal, and the name Voroshnevo 2 came from here. The name came from the formation of the Voroshilov collective farm in Soviet times.
In Voroshnevo live 2 indigenous people. Of the official institutions in the village: village council, kindergarten, dispensary; of the significant ones is Sberbank of Russia. By 2013, a stadium should appear on the site of the football pitch.
