Mikhail Samuilovich Rabinovich (born January 3, 1954, Kharkov ) is a Soviet and Ukrainian architect , Honored Architect of Ukraine (2008), corresponding member of the Ukrainian Academy of Architecture (2003) [1] . Chief architect of the Kharkov region (2010–2018) [2] [3] .

Biography
Mikhail Samuilovich Rabinovich graduated from the Kharkov Civil Engineering Institute with a degree in Architecture in 1976.
Since 1977 he worked at the Ukrgorstroyproekt Institute, since 1996 - KTM MIR, Director.
The author of a number of projects of large residential and public buildings, complexes, housing estates in the cities of Ukraine and Russia. Winner of the regional rating “ Kharkiv resident of the year ”, 2003. Awarded the medal “ Independence of Ukraine ”, 2004, diploma “ Leader of construction and architecture of Ukraine ”, 2005.
He was the chief architect of the Kharkiv region until the end of 2018.
Selected Implemented Projects
- Reconstruction of the Kharkov Academic Russian Drama Theater named after A.S. Pushkin;
- Residential complex "Slobodskaya estate" on the street Danilevsky, 26 [4] ;
