Biography
He was born in the Bolevichi tribe in Tsrmnichka nakhiya .
He studied veterinary medicine in Vienna . Consul of Montenegro in Shkodra in 1907-1910. Chargé d'affaires of the Embassy of Montenegro in Constantinople since 1910 and from March 22, 1912. Minister of Foreign Affairs from April 25, 1913 to August 27, 1915. Member of the delegation of Montenegro at the signing of the Bucharest Peace Treaty in 1913 . In 1917, he was appointed envoy of Montenegro to the United States , but the US government refuses to consent to the appointment.
