Demographics
According to the 2000 census [1], there were 567 people, 224 households, and 180 families. The population density is 6.1 people / km². There are 410 buildings with an average density of 4.4 buildings per square kilometer in the town territory. Racial composition: 98.24% White , 0.35% African American , 0.18% Native American , 0.53% Asian, and 0.71% in two or more other races. Spaniards or Hispanics of any race made up 0.71% of the township population.
Out of 224 households, children under 18 years old were brought up in 26.8%, married couples lived in 75.0%, single women lived in 3.1%, and non-family people lived in 19.2% of households. 15.2% of households consisted of one person, while 4.0% of - single elderly people over 65 years of age.
