According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the town area is 90.5 km², of which 90.5 km² is land, there are no water bodies.

Demographics

According to the 2000 census [1], there were 156 people, 58 households, and 48 families. The population density is 1.7 people / km². On the territory of the town there are 60 buildings with an average density of 0.7 buildings per square kilometer. Racial composition of the population: 95.51% are white , 0.64% are African American and 3.85% are two or more other races.

Out of 58 households, 34.5% raised children under 18 years old, married couples lived in 77.6% and non-family people lived in 17.2% of households. 17.2% of households consisted of one person, while 5.2% of them were single elderly people over 65. The average household size is 2.69 and families are 2.98.

29.5% of the population is under 18 years old, 3.2% are between the ages of 18 and 24, 23.1% are between 25 and 44, 28.2% are between 45 and 64, and 16.0% are over 65. The average age is 41 years. For every 100 females there are 136.4 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there are 120.0 males.

The median annual household income was $ 45,000, and the median annual family income was $ 46,250. The average income for men is $ 31,607, while for women it is $ 28,750. Per capita income was $ 16,553. Below the poverty line were 6.0% of families and 3.3% of the total population of the township.
