According to the 2007 census [2] , there were 92,144 people in Spring Hill , 21,035 families, 28,274 households and 30,658 residential buildings. The average population density was about 649.22 people per square kilometer. The racial makeup of the locality was distributed as follows: 88.4% were white , 3.00% were black or African-American , 0.6% were Native Americans , 1.8% were from other nations. Hispanics made up a statistically isolated area from all residents.
Of 28,274 households, 23.8% raised children under the age of 18 years, 62.2% were married couples living together, in 9.0% of families women lived without husbands, 25.6% did not have families. 21.1% of the total number of families at the time of the census lived independently, while 13.7% were single elderly people aged 65 years and older.
