The river originates on the western slopes of Mount Ossyaur (1066 m NUM), in the Northern Urals . It flows to the north-west, soon after the source it goes around the Pachamylyk peak, 12 km from the source it takes the Kuz-Kudiya river to the right . In the upper reaches of the Semidyrka, it has the character of a mountain stream, after the Kuz-Kudiyu confluence, the flow velocity is 0.7 m / s and the width is about 12 m [2] .
In the lower reaches it forms islands and is divided into channels. The entire course of the river runs through the uninhabited mountain taiga.
