Shubinka is a river in Russia , it flows through the territory of the Tselinny and Zonal districts of the Altai Territory . It falls along the right bank of the Chemrovka River. The length of the river is 68 km, its catchment area is 508 km² [2] .

According to the state water register of Russia, it belongs to the Upper Ob district basin area , the water management section of the river - the Ob from the confluence of the Biya and Katun rivers to the city of Barnaul , without the Alei river, the river sub-basin of the rivers (Upper Ob) tributaries to the confluence of the Tom. River basin - (Upper) Ob to the confluence of the Irtysh [2] .
