Sesyangyogan ( outdated. Sezyn-Yugan) is a river in the Beloyarsky district of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug . The mouth of the river is located on the 16th km of the left bank of the Mongutlorёgan River. The length of the river is 30 km [2] .

According to the state water register of Russia, it belongs to the Nizhneob basin region , the water sector of the river Ob is from the confluence of the Severnaya Sosva river to the city of Salekhard , the river sub-basin is the basins of the Ob tributaries below the confluence of the Northern Sosva.
