It is part of the Tolshmensky rural settlement [1] , from the point of view of the administrative-territorial division - in the Verkhnetolshensky village council.
The distance to the district center of Totma by road is 115 km, to the center of the municipality of the village of Nikolskoye in a straight line - 18 km. The nearest settlements are Boyarskoe , Dor , Pervomaisky .
According to the 2002 census, the population is 21 people (11 men, 10 women). The predominant nationality is Russian (95%) [2] .
