It is part of the Tolshmensky rural settlement [1] , from the point of view of the administrative-territorial division - in the Verkhnetolshensky village council.
The distance to the district center of Totma by the road is 114 km, to the center of the municipality of the village of Nikolskoye in a straight line - 17 km. The nearest settlements are Pervomaisky , Popovskaya , Uspenskaya , Frolovo .
According to the 2002 census, the population is 4 people [2] .
