    History

The first written references to the Voronovo land date back to the 15th-16th centuries and even deeper to the Battle of Kulikovo , when Dmitry Bobrok , a native of Volyn, was granted the estate in these lands by Dmitry Donskoy [15] .

The Voronovo Village Council was formed after the October Revolution as part of the Voronovo Volost of Podolsky Uyezd in the Moscow Province [16] . According to the 1926 All-Union Population Census, the village council included the village of Voronovo, a post office, a hospital, an agricultural credit partnership, a volost executive committee and a veterinary station [17] .

In 1929, the Voronovo Village Council became part of the Krasnoyarsk Pakhorsky District (1946-1957 - the Kalininsky District) of the formed Moscow Region [18] .

By the resolution of the Moscow Regional Executive Committee of July 17, 1939 No. 1559 [19] and the decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of August 17, 1939 approving it, the villages of Kosovka, Lviv and Semenkovo were transferred to the abolished Kosovo Village Council [18] .

In June 1954, the territory of the abolished Yuryevsky village councils [20] , as well as the settlements of New Gromovo, Sakharovo and Yasenki of the Babensky village council [18] [21] were included in the village council.

After almost two years, in April 1956, the village council included several more villages of the Babensky village council - Ivlevo, Mikhalevo, Pokrovskoye, Usadishche and Yudanovka [18] [22] .

On December 7, 1957, in connection with the abolition of the Kalinin District, the Voronovsky Village Council became part of the Podolsky District of the Moscow Region [18] [23] .

On March 17, 1959 the territory of the village council was transferred to the territory of the finally abolished the above-mentioned Babensky village council [18] [24] .

In 1963, the Podolsky district was abolished, and before the beginning of 1965, the Voronovsky Village Council was part of the Leninsky enlarged rural area , after which it was transferred to the restored Podolsky District [18] [25] .

In 1975, the villages of Shubino and Shchitovo were abolished in Voronovsky s / s [26] .

On May 30, 1978, the villages of Butyrki and Loginovo were liquidated and deregistered [27] , and on January 22, 1987, the villages of Belyaevo, Loginovo (second time), Old Svitino and Usadishche [18] [28] .

By resolution No. 7/6 of February 3, 1994, the Moscow Regional Duma approved the provision on local self-government in the Moscow Region, according to which village councils as administrative-territorial units were transformed into rural districts [18] .

As part of the reform of local self-government and in accordance with the Law of the Moscow Region dated February 28, 2005 No. 65/2005-OZ “On the Status and Borders of the Podolsky Municipal District and the Newly Formed Municipal Units” in the territory of the Podolsky District, the rural settlement Voronovskoye was formed, which included 23 settlements later than the abolished Voronovsky rural district, and the village of LMS became the administrative center [4] [29] .
