It is part of the Velikodvorsky rural settlement [1] , from the point of view of administrative-territorial division - in the Velikodvorsky village council.
The distance by road to the district center of Totma is 48 km, to the center of the municipality of the village of Veliky Dvor - 1 km.
According to the 2002 census, the population is 127 people (62 men, 65 women). The predominant nationality is Russian (99%) [2] .
