The Chukalka is a river in Russia , it flows in the Krasnoslobodsky , Elnikovsky , and Temnikovsky districts of the Republic of Mordovia . The river mouth is located 25 km on the right bank of the Urey river. The length of the river is 15 km, the catchment area is 48.5 km².

The source of the river is southeast of the village of Chukaly , 12 km north-west of the city of Krasnoslobodsk . In the upstream, the river forms the border of the Krasnoslobodsky and Elnikovsky districts, then flows along the Krasnoslobodsky district. At the same time, the lower course passes through the territory of the Temnikovsky district. The general direction of the river flow is northwest. On the river stands the village of Chukaly . It falls into Urey near the village of Bulaevo .
