The source of the river near the village of Kruglovka near the border with Mordovia, 33 km northwest of the village of Mokshan . The river flows south, flows the village of Alekseevka and the villages of Naumovschina, Solovyovka, Medaevka. The tributary is the Cheerful (left) stream. It flows into Moksha opposite the village of Chernozerye .
