It flows in a westerly direction through the territory of the Uvat district [2] . It originates in the wetlands west of the Great Crucian Lakes. It falls into the river Turtas , 11 km from its mouth on the right bank.
The width in the lower reaches is 14-25 meters, the depth is 1.6 m, the bottom is viscous, the flow velocity is 0.3 m / s. The length of the river is 192 km, the catchment area is 1860 km².
Crosses the P404 road ( Tyumen - Khanty-Mansiysk ). On the right bank is the village of Berezovka .
