Varzinka is a river in Russia , flows in the Alnash district of the Udmurt Republic and the Agryz district of the Republic of Tatarstan . Right tributary of the Izh River, Kama basin.

Geography

The river begins on the hills of the right bank of the Kama River, near the Agryz-Naberezhnye Chelny railway line ( Alnashi - Mukshur line ). It flows southeast in a ravine with steep banks. On the left bank is the village of Klyuchevka , on the right - Kuzyumovo , Arbaika and the village of Varzi-Yatchi . Below Varzi-Yatchi, a tributary of the Usa flows to the left. Further down the river are the settlements of Yumyashur (on the right bank), Baltachevo (on the left), Varzipelga (on the right). Varzinka flows into Izh, 27 km from the mouth of the latter. After raising the level of the Kama reservoir, the section of the river below Baltachevo will be in the flood zone. The length of the river is 29 km, the catchment area is 172 km² [2] .
