The source of the river in the forest near the border with the Republic of Komi , 15 km north-west of the village of Sinegorye (the center of the Sinegorsk rural settlement ). The river flows through an unpopulated forest area to the south-west. It falls into Mytets, 3 km south-east of the settlement of Mytyets.
