The source of the river in the forests is 46 km southwest of the village of Oparino . It flows northwest through an uninhabited forest, also called Strelka in the upper reaches. On the river uninhabited village Strelsky Pochinik. It flows into Moloma above the village of Strelskaya (the center of the Strelsky rural settlement ).
