Description
“A rectangular panel with a ratio of width to length 2: 3, consisting of three vertical stripes of white (1/5), red (3/5) and white (1/5) and reproducing figures from the coat of arms of the region, made in red, yellow and orange with flowers: on white stripes 6 red carved vertically arranged through diamonds, and on a red panel - 4 pairs of ears above each other. ”

Dolzhansky district, according to its specialization, refers to agricultural areas.
Cereal ears on the flag of Dolzhansky district symbolically reflect the production characteristics of the district, the basis of which is the industrial cultivation of grain crops. The symbolism of the ear is ambiguous:
