Geography
Location
37 km south of the district center and the railway station Zhitkovichi (on the Luninets - Kalinkovichi line ), 270 km from Gomel .
Transportation Network
Transport links by country, then the road Chernichi - Zhitkovichi . The layout consists of 2 smoothly curved latitudinal streets connected to each other in the east and west. The building is bilateral, wooden, manor type.
History
According to written sources, it has been known since the 19th century as a village in the Turovsky volost of the Mozyr district of the Minsk province . In 1930, residents joined the collective farm. During the Great Patriotic War in July 1943, German invaders burned 30 yards and killed 9 people. 17 residents were killed at the front. According to the census of 1959 as part of the collective farm "Soviet Belarus" (center - the village of Ozerna ).
