Boris Mayorov Prize

Boris Mayorov Prize is an annual award established by the Youth Hockey League , which at the end of the season is awarded to the best sniper of the MHL championship of the season that has ended.

The award is named after the great Soviet hockey player and coach Boris Alexandrovich Mayorov , one of the best snipers (255 goals) in the history of the USSR championships .

The first winner of the award was Fedor Malykhin, who scored 42 goals in 54 matches in the 2009/10 season.
