Geographical position
The village of Nizhny Mlyny is located on the right bank of the Vorskla River, the city of Poltava adjoins upstream, the village of Gora adjoins downstream, and the village of Tereshki on the opposite bank. The river in this place is winding, forming estuaries, elders and swampy lakes. A regulator gateway was built on the river near the village.
