They refused to participate in the tournament: the champion of Ukraine Shakhtar ( Donetsk ) [1] , the champion of Georgia Olympi ( Rustavi ) [2] , the champion of Moldova Sheriff ( Tiraspol ) [3] , the champion of Belarus BATE and the champion of Armenia Pyunik [4] , silver medalist Banants [5] and bronze medalist Ulysses [6] . Dynamo ( Kiev ) was presented as a silver medalist, reserve staff. The press service of the Russian Football Union said that FIFA President Joseph Blatter and UEFA President Michel Platini will visit the competition this year [7] .
