The Kin Women's Film Festival (female) (or Kinfest) is an annual international women's film festival held in Yerevan, the capital of Armenia .

History
The festival was founded by sociologist Mariam Oganyan and film critic Narine Jrbashyan in 2004 [1] , and then the first “Kinfest” passed. Traditionally, the festival takes place in early December, its main difference from the others is that Kinfest is a film festival of female directors.
Male filmmakers are only included in the out-of-competition guest show program [2] . According to one of the festival organizers, Mariam Oganyan:
