Geography

The territory of the Municipal Formation “Porechenskoye” is bordered in the east by Lysyaksky , Bezhanitsky volosts and urban settlement of Bezhanitsy , in the west by Kudeverskaya volost , in the south by Novosokolnichesky and Loknyansky districts , in the north-west by Novorzhevsky district .

Lakes are located on the territory of the municipality: Velikaya Voda (2.7 km², up to 36 m deep, which makes it the deepest lake in the region after the Lake Glubokoe of the Glubokoe volost, Opochetsky District ), Ilsto or Lsto (1.1 km², up to 5 m in depth) , Isaevo (0.8 km², up to 5 m deep), Ploskoye (0.7 km², up to 7.1 m depth) and others [3] .

History

The Law of the Pskov Region February 28, 2005 No. 420-OZ “On the Establishment of the Borders and the Status of the Newly Established Municipalities in the Pskov Region” No. 420-OZ , in 2005, Makhnovskaya (d. Makhnovo ) and Dvoritskaya (d. Dvortsy ) were formed parish The referendum on October 11, 2009 supported the unification of these volosts [4] . The editors of June 3, 2010 of this law (No. 420-OZ), these Makhnovskaya and Dvoritsky volosts were abolished and merged into a new municipal entity “Porechenskoye” [2] .

It was abolished in April 2015 by the Law of the Pskov Region of March 30, 2015 No. 1508-OZ “On the transformation of municipalities” [5] .
