History

According to the data of 1966 and 1973, the village as part of the Vsevolozhsk district was not listed [2] [3] .

According to 1990 data, the village was part of the Kuyvozovsky village council [4] .

In 1997, 13 people lived in the village, in 2002 - 7 people (Russian - 72%), in 2007 - 3 [5] [6] [7] .

Until September 10, 2007, the village was called TsNIIIL [8] [9] , since it contained a field laboratory of the Center for Scientific Research of the Institute of Timber Alloy (TsNIIL).

Active cottage construction is underway in the village.

Geography

The village is located in the northern part of the region east of the A121 highway ( St. Petersburg - Sortavala - P-21 “Kola” highway ) “Sortavala”.

The distance to the administrative center of the settlement is 20 km [7] .

The village is located on the banks of the canal from Lake Silande to Lake Lembolovskoe .
