Gubaidullin, Exam Samatovich

E. S. Gubaidullin was born on July 15, 1953 in the village of Starye Kakerli, Drozhzhanovsky district of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic . He studied at the Kazan Veterinary Institute , after graduating in 1975, who works as the chief livestock specialist of the Lenin’s Banner State Farm in the Verkhneuslonsky District .

After that, Gubaidullin E. S. worked in various managerial positions in farms and enterprises of Zelenodolsky district (from 1976-1981 he was the chief livestock specialist of the Komsomolets collective farm; in 1981-1986, he was the chairman of the Iskra collective farm; in 1986— 1990 - chairman of the regional agro-industrial association, first deputy chairman of the executive committee of the district council; in 1991-1992 - head of the regional department of agriculture and food, deputy chairman of the executive committee of the district council). In the period from 1992-1995. holds the position of Deputy Minister, then First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan ^[1] .

After leaving his post, he heads the administration of the Mamadysh district and the district council, and in 1998 he became the head of the office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Since April 2005 - member of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation - representative of the executive body of state power of the Republic of Tatarstan.

September 14, 2012 appointed to the Central Executive Committee of Tatarstan. Since September 25, 2012 - its chairman.

Married, has a son, two daughters and a granddaughter.

Honored Worker of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan. USSR master of sports, RSFSR master of sports in wrestling, champion of Russia and Tatarstan in wrestling.

He was awarded the Order of Friendship, medals "In memory of the 300th anniversary of St. Petersburg", "For Merit in the All-Russian Population Census", the badge of the State Committee of the Russian Federation on Statistics "For active participation in the All-Russian Population Census of 2002", twice (2000 and 2004 .) was thanked by the President of the Russian Federation V. In 2005 he was awarded the anniversary medal "In memory of the 1000th anniversary of Kazan."
