Kayaking - one of the types of water tourism , sports or outdoor activities using a ship called a kayak . A person engaged in kayaking is called a kayaker.
Kayaking can be divided into:
- Sea or recreational kayaking
- Extreme rafting on mountain rivers
- Rowing Slalom
- Expeditionary alloy (water tourism)
- Rough water freestyle (or stormy water rodeo)
- Canupolo
- Squirtboating
Kayaking appeared in Russia relatively recently - at the end of the 20th century. Now, in addition to sections of rowing slalom and canupolo, there are several schools of extreme rafting, as well as freestyle in rough water.
