History
According to the Law on Borders, Status and Administrative Centers of Municipalities in the Republic of Bashkortostan, it has the status of a rural settlement [2] .
In 2008, the Kirov Village Council joined the village council :
The Law of the Republic of Bashkortostan dated November 19, 2008 No. 49-З “On Changes in the Administrative Territorial Structure of the Republic of Bashkortostan in Connection with the Consolidation of Separate Village Councils and the Transfer of Settlements”, art. 1 p. 31) reads [3] :
"Make the following changes to the administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Bashkortostan:
in the Kugarchinsky district:
to unite the Mrakovsky and Kirovsky village councils with preservation of the name "Mrakovsky" with the administrative center in the village of Mrakovo. Include the village of Novonikolaevskoye, the village of Kanakachevo, Kirovsky Village Council, as part of the Mrakovsky Village Council.
To approve the borders of the Mrakovsky Village Council according to the presented schematic map.Exclude from account Kirov Village Council
