The Askarovsky village council ( Bashk. Asqar auyl soviets [2] ) is a municipality in the Abzelilovsky municipal district of the Republic of Bashkortostan of the Russian Federation . According to the "Law on Borders, Status and Administrative Centers of Municipalities in the Republic of Bashkortostan" it has the status of a rural settlement [3] .
