History
According to the “Law on the boundaries, status and administrative centers of municipalities in the Republic of Bashkortostan” has the status of a rural settlement [3] .
In 2008, it was united with the rural settlement of Urzaybashevsky Village Soviet .
The Law of the Republic of Bashkortostan of November 19, 2008 N 49-З “On changes in the administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Bashkortostan in connection with the merger of separate village councils and the transfer of settlements”, article 1, paragraph 14) b) reads [4] :
"To introduce the following changes in the administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Bashkortostan:
to merge the Arslanovsky and Urzaybashevsky village councils, while retaining the name “Arslanovsky” with the administrative center in the village of Stari Bogady. Include the village Urzaybash, villages Kiyazibash, Kyzyl-Elga Urzaybashevskogo village council in the Arslanovsky village council.
Approve the boundaries of the Arslanovo village council according to the presented schematic map.Exclude from the accounting data Urzaybashevsky Village Council
