Biography
Born into a peasant family.
In 1935 he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Civil Engineering .
In January 1918 - November 1919. - Chairman of the Board of Galich district consumer union, deputy county food commissar.
From November 1919 - military commissar of the 31st military construction detachment (Pskov), head and military commissar of the 2nd directorate of military field structures of the Western Front.
In January 1922 - March 1923. - Head of the supply department of Glavvoenstroi, Moscow.
- 1923-1930 - Instructor of the Moscow Union of Consumer Societies (MSPO); Chairman of the Bauman District Consumer Society; Head of Department, Head of Department, Deputy Chairman of the Board of IUFS; construction trust manager.
