S46 ' - line of the Berlin city train [1] . It runs from Königs Wusterhausen To Westend Through:
- Gorlitsky line , Opened in 1866 and electrified in 1929,
- The connecting railway branch Baumschulenweg-Neukölln , opened on June 8, 1896 and electrified in 1928, and
- The Berlin Railway Ring , completed in 1877 and electrified in 1926.
Until May 28, 2006, the line ran from Königs Wusterhausen (station) To Gesundbrunnen . The line was reduced to Westend Station to allow an increase in the frequency of trains on the S41 and S42 ring lines. The shortened line consists of 23 stations.
