Biography
Member of the CPSU (b) . He graduated from the Higher Party School under the Central Committee of the CPSU (B.) (1948).
- In 1945 - 1948 - head of the information bureau of the Soviet military administration in Germany .
- In 1948 - 1960 - Deputy Head, Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR.
- In 1960 - 1963 - head of the Far Eastern Department of the USSR Ministry of Foreign Affairs, member of the Board of the USSR Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- From May 7, 1963 to October 10, 1966 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the USSR to the Netherlands [1] .
He was buried at the Novodevichy cemetery .
