273 quarter is located in the South-East of the city of Priluki within the streets of Guards , Field , Industrial , Victory . The quarter is already one of the leading microdistricts of the city. It has 18 residential five-story brick houses. The population is 3.5 thousand people. This is 6 percent of the total population of the city.
History
Construction began in the late 1970s , after the construction of the Zhivmash plant, which specialized in the production of agricultural machinery. Due to the remoteness from the city center, it received the unofficial name of BAM . After the collapse of the USSR, the development of the quarter ceased. Free territory was distributed under the garden . In 2006, the construction of a residential building for military personnel on ul. Industrial , which began in 1990 .
Infrastructure
In the quarter there is a kindergarten number 27, cafe "Priluki", many shops, a clinic . Also nearby are the Humanitarian and Pedagogical College. AND I. Franco , MROE GAI , School number 9 former factory "Zhivmash", the new site of the factory "Stroymash".
