Emblem Description

β€œIn a purple field - coming out of a silver-azure chipped tip, three times cut along the edge, a golden sheaf, wheat on the right, soy on the left, encumbered on top of the division with a four-fold crossed scarlet-green column, pointed at the top.”

The coat of arms of the Konstantinovsky district, in accordance with the Methodological Recommendations for the development and use of official symbols of municipalities (Section 2, Chapter VIII, paragraphs 45-46), approved by the Heraldic Council under the President of the Russian Federation on June 28, 2006 can be reproduced with a status crown of a standard form .

Justification of Symbols

The village of Konstantinovka was founded in 1858 as a Cossack village , and was named in honor of Grand Duke Konstantin Nikolaevich . Purple color - a symbol of nobility, glory, supreme authority allegorically indicates the origin of the name of the Konstantinovsky district.

The border pillar and wave-shaped extremity show the state border along the Amur River. The first permanent settlements that grew out of Cossack posts were organized precisely for the purpose of protecting the state border.

Agricultural production is the basis of the economy of the modern region. Crop production - wheat and soybeans , make up the majority of the total production volume. In the coat of arms, a sheaf composed of ears of wheat and stalks of soybeans reflects this feature of the economy of the Konstantinovsky district. With their harvests of grain and soybeans, local residents became famous far beyond the borders of the district and the region.

Gold is a symbol of harvest, wealth, stability, vitality and warmth, respect.

Silver is a symbol of purity, perfection, peace and mutual understanding.

Blue color is a symbol of honor, nobility, spirituality, heavenly open spaces.

Red color is a symbol of labor, strength, courage, beauty and celebration.

Green color is a symbol of nature, youth, health, life growth.

The coat of arms was approved by the decision of the Konstantinovsky district council of people's deputies on March 31, 2010 No. 217.

The coat of arms is entered in the State Heraldic Register of the Russian Federation under No. 6235.

Authors of the coat of arms: idea - Konstantin Mochenov (Khimki); artist and computer design - Irina Sokolova (Moscow); justification of symbolism - Kirill Perehodenko (Konakovo). The coat of arms was created with the participation of the Union of Heraldists of Russia.
