Biography
N.V. Rozhkov was born on November 27 ( December 10 ), 1906, at the station of Stanovaya (now Lipetsk Region ). He acted as a journalist. In 1935 he graduated from the directing department of VGIK (teachers - S. M. Eisenstein and L. V. Kuleshov ). He wrote scripts for documentary, feature, and animated films. In 1952-1955 he led the script workshop of VGIK .
N.V. Rozhkov died in 1998 .
