Turkic Party Decentralization

The Turkic Party of Decentralization , also known as the Party of Federalists, is a political organization formed in the spring of 1917 in Ganja Nasib Bey Usubbekov and other political leaders who had connections in the past with the organization Difai . The party was in favor of restructuring the Russian empire into a federation of autonomous regions, which according to the party would ensure the development of the national components of Russia. Although at the head of the party were mainly large landowners, the party enjoyed wide popularity in the Ganja province, as it supported the national Azerbaijani identity. On June 20, 1917, the Federalist Party merged with the Musavat Party.
