The flag of the municipality is the rural settlement of Solnechny in the Surgut region of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra of the Russian Federation - an identification mark serving as the official symbol of the municipality.

The flag was approved on December 21, 2009 and entered in the State Heraldic Register of the Russian Federation with assignment of registration number 5855.
The goals of the establishment and use of the flag of the settlement are:
- the creation of a visible symbol of the integrity of the territory of the rural settlement of Solnechny, geographical features of the unity and interaction of its citizens;
- Education of residents of the settlement of civil responsibility, patriotism, respect for historical, cultural, national and spiritual traditions.
Flag Description
“A rectangular white panel with a ratio of width to length 2: 3, depicting the figures of the coat of arms of a rural settlement: a red sun stylized under the ornament and two streams coming out from the lower edge and diverging to the side edges under it: blue - to the pole and black - to the free edge ".
Flag Symbols
The flag is designed on the basis of the coat of arms, which in the language of symbols and allegories reflects the cultural and economic features of the rural settlement of Solnechny.
Solnechny is a young dynamically developing municipality. The village of Solnechny was founded in 1980. Now it has the status of a rural settlement and is one of the largest in the Surgut region. Solnechny also has a strong economic potential: large city-forming enterprises are located here - the Condensate Stabilization Plant, the gas processing plant. Several oil fields operate on the territory of the settlement: Fedorovskoye, Dunaevskoye, Yaunlorskoye, Bystrinskoye, Saigatinskoye and others.
The image of the sun indicates the name of the municipality - Sunny, making the composition of the flag a vowel.
The sun is a symbol of heat, energy, light, nobleness, harmony and goodness.
Red color is a symbol of courage, strength, labor, beauty and celebration.
Two jets, striking from the base of the flag, allegorically symbolize the rich bowels. Blue and black color figuratively indicate gas processing and oil production, conducted on the territory of the municipality.
White color ( silver ) - a symbol of purity, perfection of peace and mutual understanding reflects boundless Siberian open spaces.
Blue color is a symbol of honor, nobility, spirituality, high aspirations.
Black color is a symbol of wisdom, peace, eternity.
