Lussekatt ( Swede. Lussekatt ) - a traditional Swedish Christmas pastry decorated with raisins , characterized by a yellow tint thanks to saffron added to the dough. The classic lusecatt has the form of julgalten - the reverse letter "S" [1] . In baking, small boneless black raisins of cinnamon are used . Lussekatt is baked on the day of St. Lucia , which is celebrated in Sweden on December 13 . Lussects are served coffee or smoked .
