The world premiere of the film took place on August 4, 2010 in the Rivellino building ( Locarno , Switzerland ) as part of the sixty-third film festival in Locarno . It is assumed that the film’s release is timed to coincide with the 65th anniversary of the atomic bombing of Hiroshima .
