Notes
- β Russian invalid. - 1863. - No. 179.
- β Died in office, 05/03/1899 removed from the list of the deceased.
- β The "List of Seniority Generals" for 1890 (p. 395) erroneously states that Turbin was the chief of staff of the 29th Infantry Division on May 30, 1867. In fact, already in the βList of Senior Lieutenant Colonelsβ on February 1, 1865, he was listed as chief of staff of the 30th Infantry Division (p. 392), and A. G. Vitkovsky was indicated in the 29th Infantry Division.
- β Name and patronymic are indicated according to the βList of Colonels for Seniorityβ for 1903 (St. Petersburg, 1903, p. 118). In the βAddress of the calendar of the Russian Empireβ for 1901 (part 1, St. Petersburg, 1901, st. 825) is listed as Karl Fyodorovich Forselys.
- β The Lists for Seniority Generals for 1890-1906 incorrectly indicated that Schmitt was the head of the entire 29th Infantry Division at that time. The same mistake was repeated in the reference book of S. V. Volkov βGenerality of the Russian Empire. Generals and admirals from Peter I to Nicholas II. " In the "List of seniority generals" for 1878 (St. Petersburg, 1878, p. 706) and subsequent to 1885 (St. Petersburg, 1885, p. 401) inclusive, the position of Schmitt was indicated correctly.
- β In the reference book S.V. Volkova appears as Tuntselman von Adlerflug, but the surname "Tuntselman" for this general is fixed to all "Lists for seniority generals", the Highest orders for military ranks and the "Petersburg Necropolis" (vol. 4, St. Petersburg, 1913, p. 304).
