Sven - a railway station of the Bryansk - Gomel line , located 13 km south-west of the Bryansk-Orlovsky station in the territory of the Bryansk district of the Bryansk region . Serves the village of Sven-Transportnaya , for residents of which commuter trains are one of the main means of transport.

It is located on a non-electrified section of the line (until 1996, electric trains ran to the station to Vygonichi). The first entrance station on a single-track linear section. The number of railway lines is three. Odd trains from the Gomel side go along the side path adjacent to the station building, and odd trains from Bryansk along the extreme main track from the opposite side. The lateral path located in the middle is constantly forced by empty freight cars , disengaged in the middle for passengers to go to the landing platform.
The station is well-groomed and well-maintained. The building of the train station and the station combined. There are two low side passenger platforms. Both are in good condition: the asphalt pavement is new, night lighting works. Trains are announced over the speakerphone.
Every day, 4 suburban trains ( motor- trains) arriving at the station from Bryansk via Unecha to Novozybkov , and 4 from the even side, following to Bryansk . Earlier suburban trains ran to / from Zlynka and Klimov (until 2016 and 2007, respectively). Parking - from 1 to 6 minutes. Odd trains arrive from the West Post platform side; even trains continue through the Bryansk-Yuzhny and Vostochny post (Locomotive Depot).
