Eupelix (lat.) Is an oligotypic genus of cicadas from the order of Hemoptera .

Description
Cicadas are 5–9 mm in size. Slender, with a wide, flat, triangular-parabolic head. Vertex slightly concave, with median keel. Two species are known, of which one species Eupelix cuspidata is common in the fauna of the former USSR. [1] [2]
