It flows through the territory of two districts - Khvoyninsky and Borovichi . It connects three lakes - Sheregodra , Sitnoye and Yamnoye , from which the Jamnitsa River flows.
On the bank of the river, near the lake Yamnoye, is the village of Sitnitsa .
The river is crossed by an asphalt road - Borovichi - Khvoynaya .
