Story
The film, shot in a pseudo-documentary manner , satirically outstrips the techniques of modern Anglo-American politics. It all starts with a phrase about the war of Minister Simon Foster, unsuccessfully dropped in one of the radio programs. Instantly launched a cascade of events on both sides of the ocean, aimed at unleashing a war in the Middle East . Moreover, random factors, such as disclosure of classified information by lower ranks or a document accidentally falling into the hands, are often of decisive importance.
