Lobanov, Ivan Vasilyevich

Ivan Lobanov graduated from the Volga Academy of Public Service with a degree in management qualification as a manager-economist and the Russian Academy of Public Service under the President of the Russian Federation ( RANEPA ) with a degree in law (lawyer qualifications).

Lobanov worked in the government office of the Saratov region and the office of the Fatherland-All Russia faction (later the Fatherland-United Russia faction and then the United Russia faction) in the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, first deputy general director of Saratovoblgas OJSC , head of the executive committee of the Saratov regional branch of the party "United Russia".
