A pupil of the Kaiserslautern football school, with whom, by the start of the 2004/05 season, he had signed his first professional contract and played in the Regional League for the second team. The first call in the Bundesliga received on February 25, 2006 for the Kaiserslautern match against Mainz , since the main goalkeeper Jürgen Maho could not enter the field due to injury. At the end of the season, the team rose to the second Bundesliga . In the 2007/08 season, he was already the main goalkeeper, although his rival Maho played all 34 games and was chosen as the player of the year. October 19, 2007 in the game against Hoffenheim received a cruciate ligament rupture, which resulted in a long pause.

On April 2, 2008, he signed a three-year contract with Hanover . In the fall of 2008 and in September-October 2009, he entered the field during the long absence of Robert Enke due to injury. After suicide, Enke Fromlowitz became the main goalkeeper of the team.

On June 14, 2011, it was announced that Fromlovitz had moved to Duisburg [2] , where, it would seem, after the departure of the main goalkeeper of the team, as a more experienced player, a place in the starting lineup was prepared, but the then zebra coach Oliver Rek made his only mate one more newcomer club 21-year-old Felix Widvald .

In July 2012, he moved to Dynamo from Dresden , where he was content only with the role of a backup. He played only a few matches, including in the German Cup against his former club “Hannover”. The next season, he continued to degrade and even for several matches sent to the "double" of the Dresdenians.

In April 2014, he moved to the third league club Veen . Fromlowlowz pinned his hopes on restarting his career with this transition, but the story repeated.

Upon expiration of the contract, he joined the representative of Regionalliga “ Homburg ”, where he finally got a place of the main goalkeeper. But due to a meniscus injury and a long recovery, I managed to play only 10 matches in the first season and did not go on the field anymore. In May 2017, he announced his retirement. Later, however, he became the playing coach of the Landstuhl team, now he is the playing coach of the goalkeepers in the sixth club in Germany for the strength of the German league, Steinwenden.

In the national team

He was the second after Manuel Neuer goalkeeper of the national youth team (under 21).
