Christina Errat ( German: Christine Errath ; born December 29, 1956 ) is a German figure skater who has in the German Democratic Republic (East Germany). Bronze medalist of the 1976 Olympic Games . [1] Born in Berlin , trained at the SC Dynamo Berlin rink.

Errat performed most strongly in the free program. Changes in the rules of figure skating, which in 1972 reduced the importance of mandatory figures, helped this athlete. She was the world champion in 1974 , three -time European champion , two-time winner of the national championship .
At the Olympics-76, Errat went three times on a triple sheepskin coat, the first time made two turns, the other two were three turns, but with blots.
Kristina Errat was married to East German tennis player Ulrich Trettin. The couple has two children, Jenny and Marcus. The marriage, however, fell apart. In 2006, she again married the orthopedist Paul Shtuber and bears the double name Shtuber - Errat.
After graduating from a sports career, she studied German philology, first worked on the children's television of the GDR in Berlin-Adlershof. Then she worked at the MDR television station and hosted a popular German show along with renowned TV presenter Hans-Joachim Wolfram.
In 2007, Christina finished her television work for personal reasons.
In March 2010, she published the book Die Pirouettenkönigin (The Queen of Pirouettes).
